Secretary of State of Delaware is amazing, they are very helpful over the phone, and patient each and every time I have called! Although there was a wait time, I have no issue patiently waiting since each time I have talked with someone understanding, helpful, and if they did not have the solution for something that actually wasn’t apart of their own department, they asked and figured it out immediately to help me with connivence!
20 year veteran of the entity world. Used DES for a few years and they were very good in the beginning. In the fall of 2013 they started having problems - filings were late, missed, invoices were wrong, asked for the same info multiple times. I ended up switching away. The legacy entities still with DES became a big problem - dozens never got annual fee notices and were late or dissolved. Created a world of problems. New management shrugged their shoulders and acted like its just the way it goes. Not recommended.
