I don't have an elevator but a handicap lift my husband needs because he can not use stairs. It stopped working one day and we spent hours on the phone with manufacturer trying to tell us what to check and do. It was useless and they were not in the area to make a house call. Ridiculous that this review is needed but terrible service with our residential elevator. Not even 6 months old and a technician is needed every 3rd time it's used. Internally they fight on which department needs to make the repairs which leaves me the customer stranded without updates and fixes. If you are needing a reliable residential elevator, look else where!

Worse experience ever tried everything so they could make it right. No customer service not accountability for there mishaps don’t recommend this company to anybody buyer BEWARE
