Ridiculous that this review is needed but terrible service with our residential elevator. Not even 6 months old and a technician is needed every 3rd time it's used. Internally they fight on which department needs to make the repairs which leaves me the customer stranded without updates and fixes. If you are needing a reliable residential elevator, look else where!
Let's be a jerk and park your company truck and trailer across all EV charging spots and the handicap spot. Sounds like a great company who employs those with high moral standards.
