Delaware Electric can turn off your power even if you don't owe money or if you haven't reached the due date yet. They are money hungry and do not care about people. Had to pay the fee to turn power back on even though it wasn't supposed to get turned off. They WILL NOT ADD THE FEE TO THE BILL, THEY DEMAND YOU PAY TO GET IT TURNED BACK ON. Up to $172 just to turn it back on the weekends. So the drivers can just ride around and do whatever they want and people will pay.
