They responded very quickly and came out to provide a free inspection. I had reported condensation in my "conditioned" crawl space. They came in and took photos and called to discuss potential fixes. Everything was good until today. I went into the house to verify the mold (most expensive). I could not find the mold. In fact, I couldn't even match the specifics of the crawl space to my own !!
