Honestly this place was an absolute blessing. After discovering I was pregnant, I located this clinic online and was able to communicate with a live representative on a Sunday morning when most other places are closed. I was able to schedule an appointment just 4 days later. The process was so smooth and nonjudgmental. The staff at the Upland location were absolutely AMAZING! If I could give this place 0 stars I would and as a woman of color I do not recommend this place at all!! I received prenatal care for a short amount of time and they were very unprofessional. They often LOST my results (yes LOST results to my glucose test) Every apt was at a differently facility, in a different building every single time it was exhausting to keep up. the facilities I was being sent to were either no longer in service or apart of another business so it was always mission impossible to get to my apts on time.... read more
The atmosphere is nice and the staff is really great. They make you feel very comfortable. They answered all questions and concerns without judgment. Whole process was 2 hours. Not bad at all.
Went to this clinic about 2 years ago, great experience, the staff and doctors were professional and helpful. Smooth service from beginning to end. Recommend!
The staff is nice but don't trust their ultra sound or the doctor who reads them, they provide false information and when confronted they blame you. Trust me have a second opinion prior to going here. They took our money and provided us with a dummy ultra sound or the tech didn't know what she was doing and the doctor signed off on the ultra sound but either way through my own doctors I found out this place is not lagit.
