Very rude lady that’s in charge of the passport paperwork. I’ve been going to this place for years and never had this problem before.
The customer service is horrid. The employees are always rude and whenever I need something titled they always come up with some type of excuse saying I’m missing a document so I always have to go back and forth multiple times. I haven’t had a single good experience here they always make things difficult. The only reason why I come here is bc it’s the closest to my home unfortunately.
Came from another state, no schedule appointments needed, both the DMV and title update got done within 24 hours with the quickest and kindest individuals, shout out to the individual helping me with my title! Thank you so much, this was a warm welcome to the state!
The gals who work here are always so helpful, professional, and kind. I am clueless about this title stuff and they have always helped me make sure I get what I need and guided me through. Thank you ladies!
