After the death of my best friend, and as the executor of his estate; I was having a hard time navigating all the processes that needed done. Andrea Trbovich made the title process quick and easy. I assumed getting the title would be an uphill climb but instead was very easy. I really appreciate her excellent and friendly customer service. I only wish the BMV was this helpful lol. The staff, particularly Lee Ann, needs retraining on racism and discrimination in the workplace. A customer who did not speak English was requesting assistance with a Title, and instead of politely working with this individual, Lee Ann was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to flexibly work with them. She rudely exclaimed she nor any of her staff did not speak his language and suggested he find an "app" on his phone in order to understand her--rather than maybe, I don't know, doing that herself as the staff member helping ou... read more
