I have problems going through a divorce and these caring folks really helped me a lot. I encourage anyone to seek their help. Advice and tough it's hard to find
never miss an appointment or they'll abandon you completely as a patient and refuse to fill your medication.
My daughter has been receiving services in the family counseling dept and from intake to regular sessions I have zero complaints. Reception has helped me book in advance to get the time I need for my daughter not to miss school, and our therapist is so caring and kind and knowledgeable.
Worst mental health facility in NY state.
Waste of time. The therapist wants to use a technique that makes you relive a traumatic experience, which is not any good. Why relive the experience when you are trying to move forward? Then there were times I did not feel like talking and now I am told that they will no longer see me. I am unable to give negative stars and you cannot post a comment if you do not give a star rating. My actual star rating is a -5 stars. Do not waste your time going to this place because they do judge you.
