They constantly canceled and rescheduled my appointments. When I finally showed up in person before one of their reschedules, my therapist wasn’t even there. Then they had the nerve to threaten to close my case if I “didn’t attend,” even though THEY were the ones canceling on me over and over again. My previous therapist was completely useless. She barely spoke and did nothing except repeat back what I said instead of offering any real help, guidance, or support. This is hands down the worst mental health service I have ever... read more
I have problems going through a divorce and these caring folks really helped me a lot. I encourage anyone to seek their help. Advice and tough it's hard to find
never miss an appointment or they'll abandon you completely as a patient and refuse to fill your medication.
My daughter has been receiving services in the family counseling dept and from intake to regular sessions I have zero complaints. Reception has helped me book in advance to get the time I need for my daughter not to miss school, and our therapist is so caring and kind and knowledgeable.
