Not that great. They canceled my case after September or sometime around then in 2025 because I had to be acquitted through jail for a little time. Not only was my case canceled. I was treated as a systematic item. It feels like they blame me for everything even though it's their job. I don't really like any of the therapist I met because they seem "in line" with society. This place just keeps getting better and better. Don't believe what Nsayser is saying about this pleasant joint! The staff are all kind front desk and security will check you in. There's no reason to hesitate to get mental health assistance when you have a lot of great people and opportunities here for those therapist who have literally time and time again reached out to me almost more than half way. They constantly canceled and rescheduled my appointments. When I finally showed up in person before one of their reschedules, my therapist wasn’t even there. Then they had the nerve to threaten to close my case if I “didn’t attend,” even though THEY were the ones canceling on me over and over again. My previous therapist was completely useless. She barely spoke and did nothing except repeat back what I said instead of offering any real help, guidance, or support. This is hands down the worst mental health service I have ever... read more
