My 27 year old daughter was admitted to the ER after a suicide attempt by prescription ovrdose. This is not a psychiatric hospital . She was strapped to a cot in the ER for 16 hours before escaping. She was never seen by a single doctor. Her stomach was not pumped and they did not induce vomiting. She was in tremendous pain from a recent neck injury.
