Lacks direction from management, too much down time, not enough work being done to prevent problems currently and in the future. Problems are seen and noted, but company waits until the problem becomes a huge issue and or power outages arise. Commen sense and work ethics with SOME businesses has depleted away.
I have never in a million years seen a company who can turn on lights (after 2 1/2 days without) have them on all day then that night turn off and STILL OFF, it is very frustrating, I mean do they have updated material????? 🤬

Very happy with our service. Had a second service installed and working with them was great. We lose service about once a year. And it's usually back on within 24 hours. Good group of folks.
Outages non stop, even on a sunny spring day. Takes forever to get power back on. Not consistent. Horrible company.
