My relationship with DCAD began in 2005 when I enrolled as a fine arts major. After exploring what areas of study the college had to offer, I changed my major to photography. Through their rigorous class work, supportive faculty and personable staff, I felt at home. Yes hi. I’m an alum I graduated class of 2017. I just want to say my experience was STELLAR. And it was all thanks to Krista Rothwell and John Breakey but mostly Krista she’s the bomb. Actually I just liked everybody pretty much but definitely Krista you should give her a raise she deserves it. If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about going to DCAD, you definitely should and make sure you go meet Krista, she does all the schedules and maintains a composed and helpful presence we all love her. My son is a sophomore in high school and animation is his passion. He was so excited at the preview day yesterday! This made me excited for him! I can’t wait to see where it takes him.
