Dr Rosa and his team gave me excellent service. I had an issue with my health that required I see a cardio doctor to diagnose if there were any issues of my heart . I had 3 visits exactly before I was discharged by Dr Rosa as having a good heart 😇 I had a stress test which was interesting and I learned a lot my test was extremely easy for me due to my own personal workout routine of walking , jogging , workout daily. Beware of such a low review score. You can never get in touch with anybody when you need your prescriptions renewed. The Pharmacy request just goes into a black hole. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a prescription refill. I called and left a message, No one ever calls back… poor customer service.
A shortage of staff in the office creates so many problems too numerous to mention
In addition to numerous negative reviews, retaining an employee that uses racist language such as the n word, is not good business practice. Completely unacceptable.
