Beware of such a low review score. You can never get in touch with anybody when you need your prescriptions renewed. The Pharmacy request just goes into a black hole. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a prescription refill. I called and left a message, No one ever calls back… poor customer service.
A shortage of staff in the office creates so many problems too numerous to mention
In addition to numerous negative reviews, retaining an employee that uses racist language such as the n word, is not good business practice. Completely unacceptable.
This is no reflection on the doctors or assistants, but, racial slurs are not acceptable!!
