Dr. Prasad is the BEST cardiologist I have ever met. He is thorough and definitely takes a whole body approach. He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Great bedside manner. Honestly, I feel like it is hard to find a cardiologist as female. He didn’t treat me like a “hysterical woman” and wow… I’m a nursing student and I intend to go for my NP… I will be recommending him to any cardio patient especially women! No matter how many phone messages I leave or even if I can contact someone there about a very simple question I never get a response back. I even had to call about an issue I was having overnight and the answering service said that I would get a call back. I never did. After leaving about 12 messages and talking with 2 staff members I did not receive any calls back about my issue.They either are understaffed, overbooked, or just do not care. Dr Prasad is a wonderful, caring doctor. Explains things so that you can understand. However, the office needs a Major Overhaul. Left messages, never got a call back. Ask of an office manager, and transferred to another line that goes to voicemail. Scheduling nightmare!!
My 92 year old Father, a patient of Dr. Prasad, entered hospice a couple months ago and they needed to know when was the last time his defibrillator went off in determining whether to deactivate it. Call after call I could not get an operator at his office. I left several detailed, urgent messages and simply never got a call back. Too late now he passed. Simply awful.
It’s amazing that DEB SMITH can say the bad reviews on here are false. I’d like to know how she knows this, was she with all of you at the time you had your bad experiences ?. I can’t believe SHE would say such a thing when she doesn’t know what happened.
