I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I understand everyone has a different experience and different perspectives, However Dr. Prasad and his assistant Jackie as well as Miranda are all EXCELLENT people to deal with. Dr. Prasad is to the point so do not mistake his candor and his respect for you and your intelligence as his patient as poor bedside manner. I don't understand some of these complaints. I've been with the group for 13 years and have had nothing but wonderful care. Never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Whenever I left an actual message, it was returned the next day. Dr. Meyers is the best!! It's Medicare that dictates how long your appointment should be. Mary, who checks my pacemaker goes above and beyond expected.

The staff has canceled my mother’s appointment for tomorrow despite the fact that she let them know that she’s not feeling well and with the staff knowing that her blood pressure is running higher than usual and that she really needs to see the cardiologist. Very frustrating office to deal with! I’ve called and left voicemails in the past with no return call or response. completely unacceptable!
