Rating is not for the medical care, but for the fact that they refuse to email you anything. You have to wait for any documents you request to come in the snail mail. I am already dealing with an insurance company that demands I mail them paper checks so this is really infuriating. Can the Boomers running these places please retire already.
They have no respect for people's time. I went there 15 minutes earlier and was still sitting there after 45 minutes. And half the people that were there before I got there we're also still waiting. this office thinks that their time is the only time of value and forget everybody else we just have to wait. I wouldn't go here anymore if my life depended on it.
