Very difficult to deal with as a patient. Find another company. The many DCA offices never know what’s going on. Phones aren’t answered. Appointments cancelled by DCA at will.
Dr. Yuanyuan Zhang is excellent. The staff and scheduling people are inconsiderate and rude. Confirmed an appointment for a test the day before as directed. Left explicit instructions with person on the phone to confirm. Showed up next day and was told I was rescheduled as I did not confirm. No phone call from the office to say my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled.
