Dr. Yuanyuan Zhang is excellent. The staff and scheduling people are inconsiderate and rude. Confirmed an appointment for a test the day before as directed. Left explicit instructions with person on the phone to confirm. Showed up next day and was told I was rescheduled as I did not confirm. No phone call from the office to say my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled. Something is wrong in the office. Making appointments is a nightmare. Dr. Zhang was great. My health is important to me so, canceling 3 heart test appointments and a f/u was a big deal to me but they didn't seem care. They call late on Fridays and if you miss it, and you call back immediately, they still cancel your appointment. Even then, the rescheduled and CONFIRMED appointment doesn't exist when you get there.
Absolutely terrible. Their staff is unprofessional. They violate hippa by talking about patients in the receptionist area after having them on speaker for the duration of call. Further I had an appointment that they rescheduled 4x! I had an appointment today at 1130. I had confirmed this appointment when we set it up the 4th time. They called to let me know they as usual would need to change it from 1130 to 2pm. I received those appointment voicemails after their office had closed. My 1st procedure was at 8:45. Office called day before to see if I could move my 2nd procedure to 9;00. I happily agreed. It’s now 10:15 and I’m still waiting. I’m told they’re waiting for a room. What?
