RecommendedIf there was a 6 star rating I would give it to them. They went way above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I received a defective lens (NOT THEIR FAULT!) And they were instant in their responses and resolved the issue in the most professional manner I could imagine. They have gained a lifetime customer.
Lost my special order film that I had them print and took them forever to send me the scans. The film was never found (it’s been a few months now) and Iwas treated very poorly by one of the employees who treated me like I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about.

I have used this establishment for both private and scientific photography needs for my publications at the UB and have never had an issue with the products or the equipment. This is the Alpha and the Omega for all of your photography needs and if you just want to have a conversation just bring the coffee, donuts, and sandwiches and enjoy the at home treatment. Oh yeah, don't forget to spend a couple of dollars and remember you can;t do laundry there, it only feels like home.
Amazing customer service! I left with what I needed and more! I am beyond grateful that the staff went out of their way to give me my French sized passport pictures at 7pm and film to test my sx-70!!!! Professionalism to a T and beautiful, warm shop!
During high school photo class years my dad introduced me to this store. I am just beginning a project for my family for the holidays and am developing 20+ rolls of old film from the 80's and 90's some of which are on 120mm and 220mm film... Really old school and obsolete and defunct to most people in this digital age. They are able to develop all of it and do a great job at a great price. I recommend Delaware Camera.
Delaware Camera SAVED me when I had a card failure. I lost 1000 images from a wedding, and they were able to recover all of them for a very reasonable price. Prior to taking my card to here, I spent a ridiculous amount of money on an at home recovery software that did not work. Delaware Camera is THE BEST!
