My 2017 Escalade went dead on me a couple weekends ago and being from out town, I was freaking out. I had an oil change appointment with Delaware Cadillac so I called them to advise what's going on. Mike from the service department was calm and collected, advised me to have it towed to the dealership and he'll take care of it. So I had it towed to the dealership and since it was the weekend, they were not able to get to it until Monday which even caused me more anxiety but I understood the situation.
