I took my 2014 Cadillac XTS in for routine maintenance. So far, my experience was great. The service advisor Michael was very professional, me wasn't trying sell me anything I didn't need. The service advisor was very upfront with pricing and service details. My only gripe was not getting the courtesy car was, but is was a snow day and the Delaware roadways are coated with salt, so a courtesy wash probably would've been counter intuitive. My 2017 Escalade went dead on me a couple weekends ago and being from out town, I was freaking out. I had an oil change appointment with Delaware Cadillac so I called them to advise what's going on. Mike from the service department was calm and collected, advised me to have it towed to the dealership and he'll take care of it. So I had it towed to the dealership and since it was the weekend, they were not able to get to it until Monday which even caused me more anxiety but I understood the situation.
