Unbelievable! Very fast, communicative and most competitive among others. Our Hotpoint washer is working great!
They canceled our appointment the day of expected service with no option to reschedule. Would be 0 stars if that was an option. Now we are back at square one and no working washing machine.
Would be a no star if I could because I got no service! Called, scheduled an appointment and they no showed. When called to find out they just said oh, that guy had a problem this morning.
The man was good at what he does. Efficient and nice not to forget reasonable.
We made an appointment, I took the day off, and WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE....at 9:30 pm they canceled our appointment. They didn't have a technician to do the repair...KNEW IT... made the appointment anyway, and then canceled. They admitted this over the phone saying they were trying to hire another company to come out to do the repai .
