Staff is great, good prices and a one-stop shop
Professional and knowledgeable staff.
Hands down best body shop in Santa Cruz. Very high quality work. Had front end damage on our sienna and you can’t tell anything happened at all. Paint is a perfect match. Lines are perfect. Staff were very efficient honest and went above and beyond to assist all of our needs..100% recommend this business
Don't go to this place you guys!! I pulled up there to get an estimate and almost got mugged by one of their employees. The tough guy with glasses started harassing me and pounding on my vehicle and accusing me of not picking up all the trash that was piled in front of the shop. A reflection of the business, I'm afraid.
Worst experience I have had with an auto body shop. Very unprofessional. I had gotten rear ended so I decided to come to Delaveaga Collision to get repairs. And after 2 months of it being in the shop for a simple fix, I finally got my car back and my windows no longer worked! Even though they were fine when I brought the car in (for a bumper replacement).
