Our property management company forced us to pay this company to replace 2 interior bedroom doors, they charged $1500 and sent a young boy who took 7 hours to take off and replace 6 hinges and 2 doorknobs, The kid had no idea what he was doing. Some man showed up at the end and banged on the doors with his hands and said good enough it's an older house the doors are going to stick. And that was it. Very good communication throughout the process. Scheduling conflicts and scope changes were handled professionally. Extra care was taken, free of charge, to handle a few minor problems we didn’t notice until after the work was complete. Highly recommended!
We hired Delavan to do a complete kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job and James and Jenn were there every step of the way to over see the project. They were on time and on budget.
