We recently moved to CT, and were fortunate to find our dream home from DeLaurentis Developments. Eric and Jen are so responsive, and they and their team pay attention to every little detail. For example, even the control panel is meticulously labeled, and they gave us a welcome packet with design details like the paint colors used, and local recommendations for lawn service, etc. Truly can't say enough good things!
We were so fortunate to find our dream home built by DeLaurentis Developments in the Summer of this year. We have been in this beautiful house for about three months now. We absolutely love everything about this house from exterior to interior. Since the very first visit of this house, Eric and his team have been so responsive and patient with our questions/requests. Their service has been exceptional! We highly recommend DeLaurentis Development to anyone who has needs to buy a new house/new construction or to renovate!
