Just in response to my previous post 2-3 hours i received a call saying my car is ready and it starts. That's what I was told it starts when I go to pay and get it totally wrong information it states that it will start when it wants to. Sat out the back would not start i have noticed oil splatter on body work under bonnet. I recently had some kind of it gliche with my relatively new Ford Everest Platinum whilst on holiday and towing a van, car would loose power, dash warnings coming up etc, dangerous in heavy traffic. I called Delatite Ford, they told me to call by straight away. On arrival at the dealership the manager had arranged a tech to hook up the computer to my vehicle and try to analyse/rectify any issues. Went in at 10am on the 30th of December with a powertrain fault light. Showed them a picture I'd taken of the suspected issue and they gave me an initial assessment of what they thought with a estimate. 15 mins later they had the part out of the car and showed me the part they'd pulled out with a big split in it. 20 mins after that I was on my way and only cost me what they'd initially quoted. Yes it was a quick and easy fix and they had the part in stock, but to get in and out so quick this close to new year's... Very happy... read more
