I'm from Qld and my car had serious issues and broke down, 2 hrs out from Banella, it got towed to the dealership without me being present to talk through the issues with the manager Craig. It was all done over the phone and my car was there for 3weeks nearly, only because I couldn't get back after the car was fixed, long story short I made it down had to catch multiple transport and Craig even picked me up to get my car.
