Quoted us $120 to come out and fix a serpentine belt and fix a bolt that had broken off in the alternator. Came out and tore apart the car and discovered another bolt that had been broken off in the alternator. Said he did not have adequate tools to remove the second bolt and needed to come back out the next day. Quoted us $300 for the water pump and labor said he would be be there in the morning of the next day. Then he said it would be around noon. And he was stuck at the DMV. Two days ago this review would have been completely different but today it's unfortunately not favorable. Two days ago we had a stranded car and on a Sunday, Tino was responsive and came quickly to diagnose the issue and suggested a starter be replaced. We paid $360 for his time and $209 for parts. Less than 48 hours later the vehicle got stranded again with the exact same issues we had two days prior. There's no question his diagnosis made sense but the issue is we now can't get a reply. Tino came out and spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. I paid him 120.00 cash that was required but upon repair he would deduct the 120.00. I needed a few days to get the money and he basically blew me off. If you see that other reviews stating the same thing believe it. He took my money and ran.
