We are not familiar with the town and were visiting when our car died. It was only my husband and I. When we got out of the car two employees came out to the street and helped us push our car out of the way. They were kind, professional, honest with quotes, and saved the day for us. I would highly recommend them and am so grateful for their services.
So thankful for the immediate care I received today from DeLaps Garage. On my way to Viroqua this morning, I heard a clunk and then all the lights on the dash turned on and the temperature gauge went up to hot. I made it to DeLaps and they immediately looked at it, and said they would get to it once the engine cooled down. I've had work done at Delaps many times and the staff is very knowledgeable. The service writer/office manager is an absolute pleasure to work with. John takes time with you to explain the problem and the resolution. I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.
Everytime I've been to Delaps the receptionist is will to help fit my truck in. She has always been pleasant. John will tell you straight out fix this if it needs it. If the truck isn't with fixing he will tell you that so you know before you put to much into it. "The used tire guy is awesome as well" knows what he's doing and is willing to help as well. Great local shop.
