I've had work done at Delaps many times and the staff is very knowledgeable. The service writer/office manager is an absolute pleasure to work with. John takes time with you to explain the problem and the resolution. I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.
Everytime I've been to Delaps the receptionist is will to help fit my truck in. She has always been pleasant. John will tell you straight out fix this if it needs it. If the truck isn't with fixing he will tell you that so you know before you put to much into it. "The used tire guy is awesome as well" knows what he's doing and is willing to help as well. Great local shop.
Use caution here. While waiting for my car on the most recent visit here, i over heard an employee talking complete trash about me when they seen my car there. The reason this employee was talking trash is because they failed to fix my power steering at least 6 times and inconvenience me because they think they know what there doing. Shop owner seems ok with unfavorable employees. Not to mention, when i called out the receptionist for going along with rude behavior of that employee while she was having a smoke with him, she ... read more
Amazing service! While I was in getting some work done I got to see how willing to help the guys over at Delaps are, someone needed help with a flat tire and they had him back on his way to work in no time.I came in thinking I needed more work done than was needed, they were honest with me and I left with my car in tip top shape for less than I was expecting to spend. Great people over here 10/10 service
Took my Volvo there & they did awesome job for me twice. Very fair & explained every thing to me. These guys are my go to from now on. Thank you delaps garage
