Absolute rubbish, I am in that frame of mind to use other language but there needs to be an element of professionalism, lacking at the surgery mind. I attend surgery for blood test but not it seems for the right blood test, after I informed the blood taker as to what test was to be conducted she updated the records and we proceeded from there. very poor service. I booked an appointment via the link sent and when I went to the surgery I was told there is no appointment. There was another family who had the same issue . So clearly it was a system error from surgery. However no efforts were taken to rebook the appointment infact I was told to try again tomorrow at 8.00am and go through the process.
I visited the surgery yesterday about an ongoing issue. I was seen by Dr Rashid who was really helpful and friendly. I felt listened to and really heard. I was given lots of useful information to help me with making decisions regarding my health, which was appreciated. I felt as if Dr Rashid went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and even exceeded. Huge thanks to Dr Rashid, and the Practice Team, for such a positive experience at a stressful time!
