I visited the surgery yesterday about an ongoing issue. I was seen by Dr Rashid who was really helpful and friendly. I felt listened to and really heard. I was given lots of useful information to help me with making decisions regarding my health, which was appreciated. I felt as if Dr Rashid went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and even exceeded. Huge thanks to Dr Rashid, and the Practice Team, for such a positive experience at a stressful time!
I'm glad that we no longer use the surgery as both of us have moved away yet we was out of the catchment area when we both was in Exeter place but doctor tripney kept us both with the your surgery we are better off at mounts surgery you did us a good favour by dumping both of us
Rude staff, specifically reception, definitely don't call them if you have any issues or anything you need sorted. Aim to go for another surgery if possible.
Can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with this Practice. Always feel listened to. I saw Dr Rashid today and he was very helpful.
