I keep trying to get my police report from 9 years ago but they don’t seem to communicate to one another and don’t seem to want to do their job or care to help the people that pay for their services. I called many times last week and they weren’t helpful, was told that the person who can help would be in on Monday and when I called about it on Monday that person wasn’t made aware. They say they are open from 9am-5pm but yet I called at 3:30pm no answer. Went to there off and was at their door at 4:10pm and they were closed toor was locked and all. Not good customer service.
