Very grateful for the great service! We were so impressed by the professional and kind approach, from the first moment we called to inquire, throughout the whole experience. We suspected a dead rodent in the car due to the smell. Javier understood the urgency of our predicament and was extremely helpful to receive us quickly, found the source of the problem and did additional work to repair the damage on the spot. Brought my truck here after an accident. Owner was unprofessional and gave multiple “ready” dates and had an excuse every time it wasn’t ready. He did not conduct a checkout report for insurance and sent our vehicle home with lights on the dash that weren’t there to begin with. Multiple calls have been made to have this corrected from us and insurance. No response. We are now getting the remaining issues fixed somewhere else on their dime. Do not trust Delao to do the job right, communicate, or get things done on time.
A+++ Javier, the owner of Delao Fabrication is an honest and kind person. He got me out of a bind after losing the leaf spring on my pop-up. Not only did he stick to the job late into the night, he also picked up a new tire for the trailer after some damage was sustained from loosing the leaf spring. Quality service and quick turnaround to get me back in the road. Highly recommend! Thank you Javier!
We discovered a broken leaf spring on our travel trailer after arriving at an rv park. Javier was recommended to us. We contacted him and he skillfully welded the break immediately so we could travel home.
