Brought my truck here after an accident. Owner was unprofessional and gave multiple “ready” dates and had an excuse every time it wasn’t ready. He did not conduct a checkout report for insurance and sent our vehicle home with lights on the dash that weren’t there to begin with. Multiple calls have been made to have this corrected from us and insurance. No response. We are now getting the remaining issues fixed somewhere else on their dime. Do not trust Delao to do the job right, communicate, or get things done on time.
A+++ Javier, the owner of Delao Fabrication is an honest and kind person. He got me out of a bind after losing the leaf spring on my pop-up. Not only did he stick to the job late into the night, he also picked up a new tire for the trailer after some damage was sustained from loosing the leaf spring. Quality service and quick turnaround to get me back in the road. Highly recommend! Thank you Javier!
We discovered a broken leaf spring on our travel trailer after arriving at an rv park. Javier was recommended to us. We contacted him and he skillfully welded the break immediately so we could travel home. His shop was actually closed for the 4 day Fibar celebration, but he personally came in to take care of our problem. We couldn't have asked for better service and care! Absolutely incredible experience. Javier and Ian were there same day to help without an appointment. Got camper batteries replaced before the big storm. Will return if we are in the area! Highly recommend!
