I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop. I ordered the Deluxe version of Teleflora's Shining On Bouquet through their website, expecting it to resemble the arrangement shown in the product photos. The advertised bouquet appeared full and beautiful, featuring more than 16 roses along with hydrangeas. Unfortunately, the arrangement my recipient received looked sparse and only partially filled, making it look nothing like the deluxe bouquet that was advertised. Delano Floral is our family floral go to shop! Both mine and my boyfriend’s family call Delano floral for all their floral needs. They have a great selection, gifts and home decor, and knowledgeable staff to help with all your gift giving needs. Highly recommend for weddings and proms as well!
