So disappointed with the response and promises I have gotten so far. Last Tuesday had an appointment at my home with Scott after 45 minutes of waiting I called the office. They said well he had an emergency. Guess I would have not minded if someone would have let me know. Later in the day Scott came and said he would send the estimate on Monday.
