Sales Fraud Case： I bought a Daiwa Bait Casting Reel LEXA-HD400XSL-P-LN from this shop at eBay, the model no. 400XS"L"=left handle but they sent me 400XS(right handle), and still quibble said this is correct item, every fishing guys know the fishing reel usually have left and right handle models, use the left or right hand is a long-term habit for every fishing guys, if wrong side that is useless. Poor customer service. I ordered some camo for turkey hunting on 4/27/20. The expected delivery date was 5/4/20. I get an email on 5/8/20 saying camo is out of stock. Why would it take 12 days for them to finally tell me it was out of stock. I called Delaney’s and guy was very rude and blamed everything on Amazon. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
Mike and Will are great guys with good local knowledge. They also know the equipment you need and what may be hot currently. We fished a couple of their recommendations recently and it payed off. If you are in the area please go see Mike or Will for your needs.
My daughter, Courtney, and I stopped in and not only enjoyed the shopping but also the Owner, his dog and employee! Their personalities made us feel very welcome. Be sure you stop in and buy the "lite bucket" and deer scent! Thanks all!
