The owners and employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have the most unique items in their beautiful shop. It is my go to shop when I need a unique high quality gift.

Great shop to find that one gift that no one ever seen, let alone received. Bev and Jeff are extremely knowledgeable about every piece in the shop. They are very careful about what they bring into the shop...they've worked very hard to get the shop to its current shape, both inside and out...I constantly hear customers compliment them on the appearance of the shop. If you come to Lake Geneva, Delaney Street Mercantile should be considered a mandatory stop.
Love this place! Worked here for over two years and i could've been happier, awesome and unique merchandise! Worth every penny!
