I have been a patient for several years and always get great care. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Delaney always takes time to explain things and let me know what is going on with my dental care.
Wasn’t good I went in for my cleaning and they kept me in longer for ex rays and they set up for me to come in again when I didn’t show they charged me even when I didn’t have any cavities and took all my allowance by charging me when they shouldn’t have and I would tell everyone not to go to this dentist because they will charge you and have you come in when they shouldn’t and charge you if you don’t come in
The cleaning by the hygienist was great. It was efficient and quick. At my previous appointment I spoke with the dentist on him having my permanent retainer removed due to it being broken. We agreed that at my next appointment he would remove it so we set extra time aside for it to be done. When it came time for that appointment to occur he had forgotten about it, said he did not have time to do it, and wanted me to make another additional appointment for the retainer removal.
