PROTEST TO BE ARRANGED FOR THIS DENTIST OFFICE IN MISSOULA SOON! If you have interest in joining…let me know. This dentist office charged my insurance company for partials that were never fulfilled. I was a long-term patient at this practice and felt comfortable here for many years. However, I was permanently dismissed after missing two appointments — one in 2017 when I was homeless, and another in 2022 that I never received a reminder for. When I explained my circumstances and that both absences were honest mistakes, the office told me they would not see me again due to a ‘two no-call/no-show’ policy. Parkside dentistry is inviting, professional, friendly, and a comfortable environment. They were very understanding, accommodating, and never made me feel bad about my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Parkside dentistry to anyone no matter how long is been since you had your last dentist appointment they will not judge you, they are caring!
