Excellent experience as always. Knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, friendly, and fast service--as always! This excellent service department is why I've continued to buy vehicles from this dealer for the last 20 years. Tim and his whole crew are the absolute best service department I've ever encountered.
Came in to change my brakes and get into the waiting area to hear workplace drama in earshot of all other customers in the waiting area.
Visited Delaney Nissan for recall issue. Only an hour wait for repair of recall and oil change. While I waited, I visited Sales Dept. and picked out my next new Rogue. Always exceptional service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Tim and Steve!

I have chosen to go to the Monroeville dealership over this location in the past due to poor quality work but decided out of convenience to give this one another chance, that will be the last time. They could care less about the welfare of my children in their waiting room and they believe their "pet friendly" policy is a better option. My child was chased by a dog at a local park so she is now nervous around them and being in a small waiting room with a strangers dog, that I know nothing about, is something... read more
