While we haven't used this company, we watched them pour the driveway and sidewalks at our neighbor's house. They are the first ones of all the concrete projects in this neighborhood who lifted the re-rod as they poured and floated the concrete. It's actually rod, not a roll of fencing wire like ours. The house is wrapped in plastic, including the downspouts to keep concrete from splashing up on the siding and garage doors. The patio was done in a timely matter but not even two months after completion it already has superficial cracks in it which is very disappointing. The patio was also over 6 inches taller than expected which caused us to have at least a foot step down to the yard from the patio.

The stairs project couldn’t have turned out better. They were the 3rd one to give an estimate, and I could tell right away Delaney was going to be perfect for this job, just by the things our estimator was noticing on that first visit. They were very easy to deal with and very professional. And priced better than the others because they didn’t have to rent equipment. We’re very happy with the new stairs.
