After talking to John and him advising that he would be able to come out to me this afternoon. I waited til about 2pm and called when I called they didn't even call me. I was told that they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to come out. I specifically told him I had an emergency. I then told the young lady Vivian to please have John call me I wanted to get a confirmation that I would not take another day off of work to wait for someone that wouldn't come and not be responsible enough to call a client and let them know th... read more
