After talking to John and him advising that he would be able to come out to me this afternoon. I waited til about 2pm and called when I called they didn't even call me. I was told that they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to come out. I specifically told him I had an emergency. Was able to get a an appointment quickly, overall good service. Will use them again
Called at 8:30am this morning needing service, was never told an eta due to being a same day call-in, that’s understandable. By 2-3pm we still had not heard anything, so we called in for the lady to be rude and say that they didn’t have a driver so we couldn’t have the service preformed today. Called in again, to be told ANOTHER STORY! We have no use of our toilets, showers, sinks.. ANYTHING! Was told we would still need to pay full price, an depending on what the drivers schedule is in the morning we could have the service ... read more
