Great locations and staff
The atmosphere is welcoming to all levels, so there is no snobbyness or intimidation factor which I appreciated. The owner really cares and the pricing is very reasonable. The schedule is accommodating to those who work regular business hours, whether you are an early bird or not, which is great for me.
I’ve taken a couple classes so far and have to say I love it! I was looking for something that worked with my body a month after postpartum and this is perfect! I can feel the results!
