My CrossFit box closed after seven years. I miss all my compatriots. My chiropractor suggested Pilates as a potentially lifelong discipline. The exercises are mentally and physically challenging. I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience at DeLand Pilates. I participate four times each week. The instructors are professionally accomplished in leading the sessions and the facility is calm and inviting. I found my new workout home!
This place is amazing!! I tried one class and was totally blown away! Now I’ve had an intro class and privates. The instructor Emylee is so patient and really helpful. She takes the time to explain each move. I have never done Pilates before and just love it
Great locations and staff
The atmosphere is welcoming to all levels, so there is no snobbyness or intimidation factor which I appreciated. The owner really cares and the pricing is very reasonable. The schedule is accommodating to those who work regular business hours, whether you are an early bird or not, which is great for me.
