My mom lives here. She likes it. Unfortunately, they do allow renters so they get questionable people every once in a while.
Deland Oaks has several rental units. Now that the Owners Condo units are on the price rise. They are trying to force out renters. Does not matter if there good renters or not. They should be thankful to our owners and renters who supported there Condo Association the last 5 years while there individual units priced plummeted. They unfairly try to enforce rules and make up rules for renters. Plus just as a second note the grounds upkeep & outside maintenance have severely went down.
