This place is a joke. Nobody even knows what they’re doing. Nobody has the right answers and when you address those questions to them, they have the wrong answers and then you have to go to the state to get the correct answers please somebody educate these people on the laws of what you can and can do when it comes to renting. It’s ridiculous.
I so tired of calling and no being able to get in contact with anybody it just seems like nobody every in office working I don’t understand what takes them so long to get ppl help especially if the number of vouchers aren’t high why is it taking them to long to call ppl I work in customer service I’ve taking 200-300 calls a day I don’t understand why it takes them so long to give ppl a call ppl are in real near homeless situations and it just seems like they don’t care to me how they run the office I’m to a point we’re I don... read more
