Go with Cedrick! He helped me in so many ways. Any questions that I had, he solved them for me and helped every step of the way. That means a lot to me because I’m a first time homeowner.
The worst company. I purchased a new Home with Maronda and had the worst experience ever. After 4 months starting with septic problems, they never resolved saying was water usage that they realized it’s not the problem. Now, 7-8 months later I have plumber and electric problem in a “new construction” house. Maronda Homes is trash 👎🏻

We had an amazing experience with them. Cedrick was very kind and friendly. He did not show us the houses but gave us very important pointers in home buying. The houses are very exquisite in the outside and most specially in the inside. We had a vision of how we would be living in our future home and we are very excited to live in a Maronda Home in the future.
