Delaine has helped us with our business since we first started 10 years ago. She gave us great advise with set up, tax returns and payroll. We have learned a lot from her being first time business owners and happy with the service she has provided us throughout the years.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. She incorrectly reported my income to the IRS because she duplicated my w2 and filed it twice under two different EINs. I have literally BEGGED her since August to give me a corrected w2 and she either ignores me or makes some excuse. If you are thinking of hiring her, please run in the opposite direction. Worst CPA ever. Now I have to file a petition with the IRS to avoid paying the 4 grand the IRS thinks I owe. I am also filing a complaint with the TSBPA.
We hired Delaine Place to do our personal and corporate taxes. She failed to do either and we had to go thru IRS to get our files. A CPA costs us thousands to clean her mess up. Now she appears to provide a 1099 to IRS on me personally! And did not send one to my CPA, or me, but filed with IRS. This woman has vost us thpusands. We are on our 80s and subject to protection for elderly under Texas. Now we must hire an attorney and also file appeals thru IRS
Extremely unprofessional. Delanie is the CPA of my previous employer. I was instructed by my previous employer to reach out to her in regards to obtaining my financial records. I called Delanie today in regards to the matter and she responded with “well you have to email me, you’re the third person today to call me about this” I then responded with “Well as an employee it is within my right to have access to anything pertaining to my finances, as for being your third call today I have no control of that.
