I dealt with Delagrange builders when building a home. I picked out one of their floor plans and had already purchased land. I was preapproved for a loan and needed a barn build with my project. I dealt with their rep, Steve, who refused to give me a propsal for over a week. Herb also did not even show up when schedule to view the acreage we purchased.
