I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with DeLacy Design Center regarding their dishonesty and failure to make the final payment for a subcontracted remodeling project. As a professional company, we carried out the project in a timely manner, meeting all the agreed-upon timelines and delivering a high-quality result. We absolutely Love our new bathroom/shower and bedroom! They are gorgeous! This company is very professional. They took another company's Messed up job (our bedroom) and completely redid it! The bedroom ceiling was falling due to not enough beams originally installed (wall was extended, and more beams were installed). Before the tile floor could be laid (uneven floor) they had to reconcrete my entire floor! We paid so much money initially for a jacked up job (company now out of business). If you are looking for a bathroom/shower design company, you need look no further than Delacy Design Center. Out of 5 companies that bid on our project they had the best selections in a completely outfitted design center. They were able to provide tile that the others could not. All the others said that the floor would need small tiles to be graded properly, but Delacy was able to use larger tile and did a perfect job. Calvin & his team were not only dependable, always showed up on-time, were fairly priced and detail oriented, but they also have a great eye for detail and design. Emily designed our kitchen and it has significantly elevated the enjoyment we get from our home. We had a large renovation project that covered about 1/3 of our house that was damaged from a water leak. Everything was completed within the timeline Calvin promised.
