I had a great experience living here! The apartment was perfect for what I needed at the time, and I enjoyed my neighbors. The gated parking and pool were both great amenities, and I really appreciated that the property was pet-friendly with a convenient area to take my dog out. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it!
I thoroughly enjoyed living here for numerous reasons. The location was fantastic and was even accessible during Mardi Gras. Berry, the landlord, is very kind and understanding and was great to work with. Would highly recommend this apartment complex!
I lived there for 3 years and it was a great experience! Berry is a nice landlord and keeps everything in great shape! The pool is MILES BETTER than the pics ;) I’m already missing this awesome place and the nice people that live there!
Apartment location is great and walkable to nearby grocery store. Landlord is attentive and kind. For maintenance issues, you contact the maintenance guys yourself and they normally come out same day or next. Pet friendly building full of wonderful neighbors who are willing to help each other out with picking up packages, etc.
It was absolutely a nice 2 years and 4 months stay at this apartment. Berry was a nice landlord who’s responsive and fix things quickly for you. Of course, the maintenance doesn’t work on weekend. But during the weekdays, you can get things fixed easily. The pool is nice and clean. Gated parking is safe and never had flood. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
