Berry is an amazing landlord! I lived here for 2 years. The space is well maintained and maintenance issues are tackled super fast. I loved living here!
I lived here for a few years and I really loved it. The location is fantastic, and the building feels so safe and secure. The building owner is incredibly responsive and any issues are fixed quickly. This is such a great spot! The units are all upgraded and clean.
Berry is a great landlord! Super responsive and communicative with any and all needs. Great apartment in a great location. Can’t beat being right in the middle of all the Mardi Gras action.
