Our Pulte home is OUTSTANDING... We love everything about it!!!
We recently moved to Dell Webb Stone Creek, new home. The sales, construction, closing process was very professional. No issues at all. No issues with our house so far. We like the community with its many clubs, amenities and nice people. Very convenient location. It is close to a mid-size city, not far from Orlando, so everything is within easy reach, and low-cost + great weather with no issues of floods or hurricanes. My cousin also likes the community and she may buy here soon too.
My husband and I just got into our new home. The home is beautiful, wonderfully built, they pay attention to details in the building process. The community seems wonderfully friendly; I know this is the last house I will ever buy.
One year update. After one year in our new home we are very happy with our home in Stone Creek. It is well built and we are happy that we made the decision to build with Pulte in Stone Creek. We just completed our one year review and worked throughout the year with Matthew, our warranty representative.
