From start to finish a great experience here in Ocala. Yes there are always things that need fixing or adjusting so in the business of tending to those before & after you’ve moved in, we give Del Webb/ Pulte a 6 out of 5!
They build a decent home for not being custom builders !
After 2 years very happy with our experience. Warranty work took some persistence but everything got done. Wish the Prestige model had incorporated pocket doors in the owner's suite. We extended the driveway width 2 1/2 feet on each side which would have been nice if Pulte would do as standard or atleast an option. Likewise screened in Lanai should have been standard or an option.
My wife and I love Del Webb Stone Creek. Everyone from Pulte to the people in the community are friendly and the facilities ate great! From Tennis to pickleball to pool and workout facilities and Stone Water Club and Golf Club and Grill plus pool tables, Golf Simulator, and clubs galore. If you want to relax and enjoy retirement or want to get involved in sports or clubs, there things going on all the time.
