Very quaint
The build process was well defined with weekly interactions with our project manager Alec Rollins.
My wife and I absolutely love this community, and we are living our dream. Our only concern is once all 500 homes are built I do not believe the amenity center will be large enough to accommodate all 500 homes. But that doesn't change the fact that this is the only location we considered when we looked for our retirement "forever home".
Besides the Mortgage Process and CPI Security Process, everything else was outstanding. Christian's main focus I believe is customer satisfaction, which keeps him focused on communication, thoroughness and customer appreciation. Everything promised by him was taken care of, even after closing. It shows that he is here to please the builder as well as the owner. GREAT JOB CHRISTIAN !!!
Del Webb North Myrtle Beach is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great community of friendly people with beautifully built homes.
