Love Del Webb home and amenities! The neighbors are wonderful! The only issue is Pulte Warranty. It's easy to log tickets, but not so easy to get them completed or have visibility of ticket results.

I've been showing properties in this great neighborhood. The amenities are everything anyone could want. The pool area looks like a resort and there are activities all of the time.
great location - very active community - tennis - pickleball card games - you name it Plenty of resale homes - yes it is completed construction Hooray -
Our 'quad' unit has an excellent floor plan which is ideal as I have mobility issues. (Though would have preferred to have the microwave a bit lower and not over the range). The landscaping throughout the Wel Webb common areas and private lots is first class - pride of ownership is in full display. They have an abundance of organized activities available for those with the interest as well as the topnotch facilities to host them.
