I can't praise my hubby enough for finding this 55+ community, Del Webb at Legacy Hills. I retired a year ago and my husband is planning to retire next year. So we have been looking around the 55+ communities, especially DelWebb communities including Sun City in Georgetown. We just moved into Del Web Legacy Hills and are very happy with our decision to move here. The professionalism shown by Robin in Sales, Savannah in Design, and Josh as our builder has been top-notch! We look forward to the opening of the beautiful amenity center in the coming months. Being in Celina is a big reason that we chose to live here. I purchased my retirement home at Del Webb one month ago. I couldn’t be more thrilled now that I’ve settled in and met my new neighbors through fun activities they have planned for its residents. The buying experience was great with Charlie. He did a great job getting me into my home. We are at the beginning stage of growth and I’m looking forward to meeting future homeowners and the opening of our 15,000 square foot activity center.
Would I consider a home here? Yes, but I'd have to be fully retired or WFH on a regular basis as driving to Dallas daily is not even a consideration from this far out, at least not for me. That said, the model homes were great, the long-term plans around this development look to be exceptional. Go see Mark Elfenbein and the other wonderful folks at Legacy Hills.
