Would I consider a home here? Yes, but I'd have to be fully retired or WFH on a regular basis as driving to Dallas daily is not even a consideration from this far out, at least not for me. That said, the model homes were great, the long-term plans around this development look to be exceptional. Go see Mark Elfenbein and the other wonderful folks at Legacy Hills. I saw the comment that someone couldn't find it, I had zero issues as my GPS took me straight there, and the drive out was a lot of fun, felt like a "country" drive.... read more

This was the 2nd time we have tried to find this development with no luck. Sorry, but trying anymore. Plus it!s out in the boonies & not close to anything. Is this what they mean about “putting seniors” out to pasture”?
