Great, professional, and friendly staff that gives me and my dog a great experience every time I need to take him in.
The staff and Dr. Ramirez took good care of my two pugies. They were professional and knowledgeable. Maya and Agent Frank liked everyone.
I have only had terrible experiences here. They do not listen to important information at all, on more than one occasion. They took liberties with my pet that were not theirs to take. I had a kitty that required sedation for each visit. The vet tech kept ignoring my plead to sedate him before his medication wore off. When the vet came in she was like “how am I supposed to check him if i can’t touch him?” I reminded them once again that he is supposed to have been sedated. I trust them with my fur babies
The staff were very friendly and warm. As a first time visit, both dogs were put at ease with the staff interactions. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment, seen the next day. Was sent a link after our visit for an app that has all the pet records, medications and reminders. Very happy!
