I’ve lived in this park for several years and overall, it’s been a solid place to call home. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and the rent is still reasonable compared to many other parks. The current manager, Melissa, has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests have been handled as quickly as possible, especially considering the challenges with older infrastructure — which they are actively working on. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! The management there now is terrible and they do nothing but harass the tenants. The place is going to hell.
Have lived here several years. Has gone down hill fast. Raising rent and neglecting park. Third manager now in 3 years. Melissa is useless. MANY residents complaining. She does nothing but sit in the rental house provided on property. Trees and oleanders are not cut. (Park use to cut them every year). Park manager says too expensive. Letting weeds get out of control and oh hey, this is a HUGE one. This park shuts the water off ALL THE TIME. No warning. Old pipes, I get it but this happens all the time! 30 times at least now!... read more
