pool cleaning paid top dollar to have pool cleaned. Paid up front for special. Workers left pool half cleaned, and didn't notify me when they left. They ran water to fill pool, without cleaning it. Not good business.
Pool Owner Del Val Pools are very fair priced, reliable and trouble shoot future problems. The company that installed my pool would not ever return my phone calls.
Good for Repairs I used this company for the major maintenance projects at our swim club. At the time I was on the board and DELVAL was recommended by our pool supply company. We had a great experience with them. We are in Pennsylvania, at the time they were less expensive and provided better service than the local companies we had worked with.
homeowner Fran Smith I gave it 1 star only because it didn't have a choice for anything less. They were the absolute worst customer service people that I have ever dealt with. didn't show up when the said they would, talked down to you on the phone, claimed that I was the problem when they actually ripped off the plastic caps on top of my pool walls when replacing my liner and broke the caps in the process, never trowelled the sand on the bottom before installing the new liner causing craters and multiple creases in the bott... read more
